2005 Grand Caravan auto side door not functioning
I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. The Right sliding door does not auto open or close completely via the auto controls. When closed it will open about two inches and then stop. When open it will close to within two inches and then stop. It can be manually opened and closed completely.
Any suggestions as to what might be the cause and can I repair it myself?

i'm sure you have a brake in the track wiring at the bottom of the door....as the track bends the wire goes open when the track lays flat the wire touches and the motor works...this design is like bending a coat hanger till it snaps...that track is easy to replace takes about 5 minutes
