Ford Windstar - too lean codes

99 Windstar with 95,000 miles. The SES light is on and the codes are saying that it's too lean in bank 1 and bank 2. It runs fine at idle but when we accelerate, the RPMs will fluctuate.. almost like the engine is pulsating. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem? Thanks for your help!!

most lean codes are caused by vacuum leaks and these engines have a tendancy of bad upper intake gaskets, and intake insulators, and while you have it apart you should clean the egr ports in the lower maniford as well they are probably clogged.
goos luck
