Coolant/oil on timing belt
What is more damaging to a timing belt, coolant or oil? This pertains to a Saturn vehicle with an interference V6 engine.

the oil is more damaging as the belt is manufactured from hydrocarbons and guess what that oil will cause the belt to break down. Antifreeze contains mostly etheylene glycol and just causes loss of friction on the belt. oil is also bad for the coolant hoses on the vehicle
