I have 95 Eagle Talon non-turbo dual radiator fan assembly, only one fan works. I've test the motor and it works fine. I'm not sure what to do next. Any help!!

The second fan will only turn on with the air conditioner, or the engine temp rises past a certain temp point.

temp. gauge

I thought having one fan is working was the problem. So you are saying that the other is for AC? What cause the Temperature gauge so high when I'm idling? It seems like i've changed thermostat every year but that doesn't seem to fix the problem.

The second fan should activate when the heat rises where it needs 2 fans to cool it. But are you saying you having a overheating problem and the second fan is not coming on?
