97 Town Car suspension

Last few mornings the right rear bag has been deflated. Upon starting the car, it pumps back up of course but then goes down a few days later.

Are these bags famous for leaks? Can they be replaced easily and inexpensively? Anyone know if this is a common problem?

Thanks in advance for any answers or input!

Pretty common. Either the bags go bad or the pump system craps out or starts leaking. Personally I hate the things; you should see what it's like towing one with all four bags collapsed and unable to pump up. What a lot of people do when the system starts to need parts is simply convert to a traditional suspension; there are kits for doing the conversion. Not very cheap, but cheaper than replacing the bags one at a time or the pump system.
