There are many "pieces" that could have fallen off. If you have no idea what it is, take it and the car to a dodge dealer and they should be able to tell you. Then you can either buy it from them and try to fix it yourself, have them fix it, or get the part elsewhere.

There is a 90% chance some part of your window regulator broke. It's a part that has a frame that mounts to the inside of the door, supports the electric motor and has arms to raise and lower the window. These days, they are usually sold just as one piece. There's a 90% chance you CAN'T get little parts for them. If you want to be sure, you'll have to take the door panel off and have a look. If you don't know how to do that, get a manual or a mechanic to help you. If you try yourself without either of those, you'll break a lot of plastic on your door panel.

And just a P.S. to Paul's post - getting a manual that will cover r&r or repair of a window regulator will be pretty tough short of a factory ($$$) manual. Your run-of-the-mill repair manual won't have it.
