94 2.3 ranger won't go into gear

went to start my truck and it was stuck in gear, ended up wiggling it loose, but wouldn't go back into gear with clutch depressed. (hydraulic clutch) I changed the master cylinder, clutch pressure plate and disk, pilot bearing and slave cylinder. Still won't go into gear. Maybe the hydraulic line is bad? Maybe the transmission? Any help appreciated. Bled the **** out of this thing. I can watch the slave operate from a view hole on the transmission and just can't figure out why it isn't working. Pedal feels decent, not rock solid. Had bled the master using a napa method before install. Autozone site recommends replacing the hydraulic hose/line and not using the quick connect. I've dropped the tranny twice and I'm running out of ideas. Retorqued the bolts that hold the clutch to flywheel because I had read the book specs were low. HELp!

Pull the shifter boot off, and remove the stick and grease up the linkage.

Is it grinding?

This happened to an old Chevy I had.

Does it shift easier with the engine off????? Ranger clutch masters are a pain in the keister to bleed and just a little air can make a BIG difference
