Unhappy Need advice

I recently traveled under an overpass that was being worked on and thought that mud had splattered on my car.....it was liquid cement. I have it on the paint and back windshield mostly. Any advice on how to get this off without scratching the car?

Well, believe it or not..I've heard that muriatic (pool) acid will take it right off w/o hurting the paint. Be sure not to get it on any chrome or metal surfaces. Wear rubber gloves/eye protection...have water available to rinse. Don't splash it on your skin...it can be very bad stuff if not treated with care.

I imagine repeated applications (soak a sponge) of something like vinegar would work as well.
