2002 Chevy Tahoe 4X4 5.7 Liter

2002 Chevy Tahoe vibrates at speeds of 40 to 80miles per hour. Any Ideas what can be causing this? At speeds of 40mph or lower it seems to ride fine. also it seems to stop when you go over 80mph. the truck has about 80,000 miles on it. What can be causing this.

Loose wheel, imbalanced wheels, needs alignment.....

Probably the balance..first thing I'd have checked.

It could be tires (separation or out of balance), slightly bent rim, drive shaft out of balance = weight thrown off, bad ball joints (does it shimmy at the steering wheel?), and u joints or carrier bearing on the drive shaft (if so equipped).
