1990 ford ranger wont start
i have a 1990 ford ranger died on me while driving changed the plugs and wires tested one of its 2 coils and replaced it geting gas and spark from 1 coil but the side with the new coil wont spark both plugs that power the coils also have power

Im not too sure about the ranger but my grand am.. had 3 coils and they sat on a module ... well from time to time that module would wear out causing the coils to act up. So being even if you replaced your coil it might not be that at all. But the grand am is a distributorless ignition system and controlled purely by the computer so it could adjust timing as you drove so check that if you have one.
