2001 ford f150 5.4 milky oil cap

Can anyone tell me what loss of power and a milky oil cap means? My ford f150 lariat supercrew 4x4 has 177k miles.

Most likely a blown head gasket. Antifreeze is mixing with the oil. Not good.

Drain the oil and check the consistency of that. When you're done doing an oil change, do a compression check on the cylinders.

Is it just the cap that is milky or is the oil in the pan milky too?
Loss of power could be a bad spark plug or other issue, milky oil on just the cap is not uncommon in cold weather.
