Chrysler 1997 concord engine light problem

I have a 1997 V6 Chyrsler Concord that recently went into "Check Engine", I have used the "on, off, on, off, on" method of getting the code number and found the code "65" as the problem. According to all the information I can find this is suppose to represent Power Steering Switch problem.

My problem is that I have no idea where to find this switch. Anyone know of its location (a picture would be great) or anything to find this? Hate to start troubleshooting the wrong thing.
Thanks in advance to anyone with any comments.

Look at the RACK AND PINION unit. It will either be screwed into the rack housing, or on the pressure line about 3 or 4 inches from the rack. They usually just rot away and fall off.
