I have a 1997 V6 Chyrsler Concord that recently went into "Check Engine", I have used the "on, off, on, off, on" method of getting the code number and found the code "65" as the problem. According to all the information I can find this is suppose to represent Power Steering Switch problem. My problem is that I have no idea where to find this switch. Anyone know of its location (a picture would be great) or anything to find this? Hate to start troubleshooting the wrong thing. Thanks in advance to anyone with any comments.

Once every four months or so, I've had to jumpstart my '05 Escape and thought it a parasitic leak attributable to one or two possible sources, but fairly recently, the need to jumpstart has become almost a daily occurance and hopefully through these forums, I'll be able to figure it out. The "big" problem started after we had trailer lights installed and due to a whole other story, there's now three ways to electrically connect a trailer, though only one works. Because there was a new "tail" coming out from the underhood fuse box, which I believe came from one of the trailer installations, I removed the in-line fuse, but failing to start is still a major issue. Another thought was that the problem could be related to the car sitting parked for long periods, so I tried a couple of days, where I'd start the car and charge the battery in the middle of the night and at random times. But, yesterday, I started the car at two in the afternoon, let it run for five minutes (after letting it charge for fifteen at 3AM) and when I went out to crank the car around four, it was back to its old tricks. When the car fails, it slowly turns-over for a few seconds or so, then it goes into starter clicks; When I connect cables, sometimes I feel the need to reposition the clamps, but I don't know that it's not just something for me to do, while the battery charges. Then, the vehicle will most likely not need to be reboosted anytime in the near future, possibly three to twenty-four hours, but we also don't turn the car off, when it'd be inconvenient to get a jump. I've got the problem pinned-down to being "electrical", but can't get past the broad category. I have some ideas about a couple of options, but I don't know which way to go. Any suggestions or tales from experience would be appreciated. It's kind of a pain to always risk needing a jump. Thanks.
