oxygen sensors

How do you tell when your oxygen sensors go bad?

There are several ways really but they all boil down to evaluating the sensor's electrical performance. Performance varies based on which type of sensor a vehicle has and may require the use of an oscilloscope. what make, model and year are we talking about?

Normally if they go bad there will be a code set in the vehicles computer. I did say normally!!

Check engine light or some symptom(s) that make you suspect the O2's?
