2002 Chevy Venture

One of the powered sliding side doors quit working. I don't know what powers the door, but I assume there is an electric motor somewhere.

Can anyone tell me how to tackle the problem?

Did you check for fuses first?

I checked the fuse and it is OK. There is also a relay click when a command to move is given.

Now the door is working intermittently. It appears there are electrical contacts between the door and the door frame, and I'm suspicious that they my be my problem. They look clean, but I am going to try to clean them and see what happens.

Any comments or suggestions?
