2002 Pontiac Bonneville - Windshield Washer Not Working

We replaced the Winsheild Washer Motor thinking it was that and it still isn't working...doesn't seem to be getting any fire...checked the fuse and that is fine too! The only fuse we could find associated was under the hood...#3 i think...there are more fuses under the back seat....Anyone run into this or have any ideas??? )
