Removing the horn button/steering wheel cover

Does anyone have instruction/pictures of how to remove the horn button cover on a 98 buick skylark? I can feel two holes on the back side of the steering wheel on either side that I ASSUME to be screw holes but I do not know for sure.
Any help will be appreciated.

Those are screw holes, most likely 7mm heads on them, but also possible that they are phillips headed screws.

So taking these screws out will get the cover off?

Thanks.

yes, but unhook the battery first, there will be a wire attached to the horn button and if you let it touch any metal it can blow a fuse.

Thanks for the help. The fuse is already out but I will unhook the battery anyways.
