2000 Buick Park Avenue illuminated controls elements?

I have some of the illuminated elements (bulbs) that have apparently burnt out on my heater, radio & lock/unlock switch on my car, 2000 Buick Park Avenue. Is there any way to replace the elements/bulbs for this? I called the Buick dealer and they said no, you must replace the whole module! I find this hard to believe, but I have not had any issues like this before. Any help or diagrams for this would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Duane Gordon

Don't know about a Buick, but I had a similar problem with our previous car ('95 Camry) and I never was able to fix it, so that could very well be. Wonderful engineering.

No, but wouldn't the fuse run the whole lighting on the heater control unit instead of certain lights within the unit? I will check this as I really am not certain.
