Radiator Gauge gets odd after coolant change
So I decided to drain and fill a Toyota Corolla with 180k miles on it to save some money towards my school fee. I drained the coolant by loosening the screw near the bottom of the radiator. I filled the radiator with coolant. After the drain and fill operation, the radiator gage started to behave oddly (it was working fine before I monkeyed with it ). The radiator gage needle stays near the Cold mark or moves a little bit. Normally, the needle should be between the Cold and Hot mark when the engine is running. Why is the needle behaving oddly, whats wrong with the radiator system? What should I do to correct this issue? Where is the thermostat for a 1993 Corolla located?

possible/probaly an air lock.
try this-find a coolant hose/heater suply hose on top of the engine-remove clamp & hose at engine-add coolant to fill cap untill coolant flows from hose & or tube hose was on.
