auto air condition

Where is drain plug on a 1999 Lincoln Towncar executive.

The drain plug for what?? You're not trying to drain the air conditioning are you???? There are special recovery machines for that... Please be more specific on what you're trying to do,,, Thanks,, Roger

If you mean the drain hose for the air conditioning on the inside of the car...

I don't know about that specific car, but you can look under the hood and see where the air conditioning lines go through the firewall to the inside of the car. Usually on the passenger side under the glove compartment.

Then under that area should be a small drain hose coming out. This drains condensation water from the inside air conditioning.
