Question 2002 Ford Taurus 3.0 24V oil drain plug stripped

I had a bad experience at an oil change place several months ago and decided to go back to changing my own oil. Upon crawling under my car with wrench in hand i noticed that my oil drain plug bolt head is completely rounded off. I cannot get a wrench to stick and my vice grips are too large for the application.
I have already purchased a replacement drain plug, anyone who has a idea as to how I can effectively remove this plug without doing any damage to the pan would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Johnny

You'll need something like this:

Vise Grip BOLT-GRIP 5 Pc. Bolt Extractor Set at BrandsPlace.com

A autostore should have it or bring it by a oil change place.

I have the Craftsman version of the bolt gripper, it works very well, has saved my butt several times.
