Remove CR-V clock

2000 Honda CR-V with a intermittent illuminated clock light.

I'd like to remove it but would like some input on how. Its dash mounted with a plastic bezel holding it in i think.

If no one knows...

Information on how to remove any part on the car would be in a factory service manual set of books which you can order from a dealer.

Or you can go to a wrecking yard and find the same vehicle, then many times you can find a car where the dash is mostly taken apart and see how everything goes together / comes apart.

Hi Bill,

There are small clips behind the plastic bezel holding the clock in place. Simply pop the clock out by gently prying with a thin butter knife. I recommend doing it in a warm environment if possible as to aid in removal and prevent plastic from cracking. Then is is simply a matter of unplugging the clock and removing it from the bezel (2 screws). Detailed instructions are available here If you are looking for a repair service, I offer one at autoclockrepair.com
Thanks and best of luck!
