Acura TL Timing Belt Change

Has anyone any information on how difficult is to change the belt on this vehicle? I change belts on other cars, a German one and an Italian one so I have experience in this kind of work. But I've never worked on an Acura before other than changing oil.

Are there two belts or one?

OK...they have instructions for your vehicle under the Repair Guides at Autozone.com...look at the engine mechanical..then the first (1 of 3) listing for timing belt...you'll have to scroll about 1/2 way down for your year.

Doesn't look too bad really...depends on how much time you have. Kinda funny..you have to grind down a battery tray bolt to make a tool...lol
