Heater blowing cool air on passenger side ?
06 Accord v6
When the heater is on, the air coming out of the passenger side vents is not warm like it is on the drivers side. Not sure what to check.

Some vehicles have "dual controls" so one side can be a different temperature than the other. Be sure to read the owner's manual if this is the case. Be sure the settings are what you want.
Then if it is a dual control and the settings are correct, and these things are electronic/computer controlled...
I don't know about your specific vehicle, but on others, you can remove a battery terminal for 10 minutes. Then reconnect. Then turn on the ignition (don't start)...
Don't touch ANY buttons inside the vehicle for 1 minute.
Then start vehicle and see if it is working.
What the above does is "reboot" the computers. And in some cases it will cause the HVAC "actuators" to "resynchronize" with the computer.
If that does not work, and this is in fact an electronic dual control system, then you would need a multimeter and a factory service manual set (order from dealer) to troubleshoot the problem.
There would be some sort of electrically operated "damper" which would control the heat/cool to the passenger side. Also could be an electronic temperature sensor on that side of the vehicle.
These things are all hidden. No telling what is in the system or where various things are located. Thus the need for the factory manuals to tell you where everything is located, how the system works, and how to troubleshoot it.

The HVAC system on that has a self diag if there are any problems
How to Retrieve a DTC (Without HDS)
The audio-HVAC display panel has a self-diagnosis function for climate control. To run the self-diagnosis function, do the following:
1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2. Press the AUTO button and then the OFF button. Continue to hold both buttons down for 1 minute .
If there is any problems in the system, the temperature indicator will light up the segment (A through Q) corresponding to the error. The temperature indicator will then alternate every second between displaying "88" (all segments lit) and the error code segment (A through Q).
NOTE: The system will only display the DTC when the AUTO and OFF buttons are pressed. If you release the buttons, the display will go blank. To return the display, simply press the AUTO then the OFF buttons again.
To determine the meaning of the DTC, refer to the DTC Troubleshooting Index. If no segments light up, the system is still not operating properly, check the sensor inputs to the climate control unit, or refer to symptom troubleshooting.
Cancelling the Self-diagnostic Function
3. Turn the ignition switch OFF to cancel the self-diagnostic function. After completing repair work, run the self-diagnosis function again to make sure that there are no other malfunctions.
This is the index for you
DTC indicator A or DTC B1225: An Open in the In-car Temperature Sensor Circuit
DTC indicator B or DTC B1226: A Short in the In-car Temperature Sensor Circuit
DTC indicator C or DTC B1227: An Open in the Outside Air Temperature Sensor Circuit
DTC indicator D or DTC B1228: A Short in the Outside Air Temperature Sensor Circuit
DTC indicator E or DTC B1229: An Open in the Sunlight Sensor Circuit
DTC indicator F or DTC B1230: A Short in the Sunlight Sensor Circuit
DTC indicator G or DTC B1231: An Open in the Evaporator Temperature Sensor Circuit
Notes
DTC indicator H or DTC B1232: A Short in the Evaporator Temperature Sensor Circuit
DTC indicator I or DTC B1233: An Open in the Driver's Air Mix Control Motor Circuit
DTC indicator J or DTC B1234: A Short in the Driver's Air Mix Control Motor Circuit
DTC indicator K or DTC B1235: A Problem in the Driver's Air Mix Control Linkage, Door, or Motor
DTC indicator L or DTC B1239: An Open or Short in the Mode Control Motor Circuit
DTC indicator M or DTC B1240: A Problem in the Mode Control Linkage, Doors, or Motor
DTC indicator N or DTC B1241: A Problem in the Blower Motor Circuit
DTC indicator O or DTC B1236: An Open in the Passenger's Air Mix Control Motor Circuit
DTC indicator P or DTC B1237: A Short in the Passenger's Air Mix Control Motor Circuit
DTC indicator Q or DTC B1238: A Problem in the Passenger's Air Mix Control Linkage, Door, or Motor
If you haven't disconnected the battery yet try this first since doing so will wipe the codes.I don't like to reccommend doing that these days since most 05 and later have to have voltage to the computer network to keep them talking to each other some even "forget" what they are and then your looking at a reflash of the system to get everything running again. The Q kinda looks like a backward P on the display

thanks for the suggestions. I tried the self diagnostic and nothing flashed at all. I assume if everything is okay that nothing will show up.
After having the car in front of me, air seems to be coming from all the vents properly. I checked the coolant level and it is on the "min" marking. Could that be the problem?

thanks. I wonder if I just didn't do it right. I didn't disconnect the battery. And I press "auto" first and then "off" right afterwards.
