Need help on taking of broken central silencer of muffler

1990 Honda Accord 4Dr, LX, AT, 203,000 miles. Central silencer of muffler break into two pieces. Tried to take it off, but screws and nuts are rusted. I used WD-40 and it didn't help. I don't know whether liquid wrench will help or not. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips? Thanks!

Chances are you'll need an Oxy-acetelene torch to cut the bolts,, (or a cut off wheel to split the nuts) Good Luck,,, Roger

I used grinder and cut off wheel to cut off 2 out of 3 bolts. Used air impact wrench to loose the 3rd bolt on top after removed two exhaust system hangers and 2 bolts that tie to the muffler. I should have use air impact wrench in the first place which may not end up with cut them off. Installed a new central silencer. Since 2 bolts were cut off and cut off bolts can't be removed, I used muffler patch to hold these 2 bolts. It runs for a week so far and everything looks normal.
