CV joint or wheel bearing gone bad, how do
you tell which one is bad? First thought it was cv joint, then thinking it could be wheel bearing. Don't know how to test to find out which one is bad. Noise when turning right and a bit when going straight, I can move the wheel by hand (back/forth) when jacked up. I don't hear any noise when I rock the wheel when jacked, I also can rock it without much force. Thanks

If you can move the knuckle in and out, then you have the vehicle jacked up under a control arm, and you have a balljoint ready to break.
Bearing is a growling noise, axle is a "Clatter" on sharp turns.
