1990 Grand Voyager se 3.3l

Hi we have a 1990 grand voyager se 3.3l van. I was driving van and it started to shake (going 5 mph) and it just died on me. Tried to start it, all guages are not working, no lights inside and out. Battery has a 12.52v charge. I stated checking fuses under the steering wheel, and none seem to be blown, although there was one when I took it out, it dinged to let me know the key was in ignition. When replace fuse, the dinging goes away. Any clues?

First , Check the negative battery cable at the Transmission. Ive seen quite a few of them with the cable burned off. Check the full length of both cables.
Then, Fusible links. Those are the flimsy rubbery looking things along the left inner fender. Give them each a Moderate "TUG". if it stretches, its junk and must be replaced, but spend some time looking at why it burned in the first place. If you dont fix the cause, the result is useless.
