P0014
exhaust camshaft position timing - over advanced bank 1
p0017
crankshaft position - camshaft position correlation _ bank 1 sensor b
This doesn't look like sensor error. Both codes verify each other. Seems more like actual valve timing territory. So do you notice any symptoms?

Yep Mike is correct the two are related. Do you know which code is top of the list the 14 or 17? If the 14 and your sensor is good the exh cam timing is hyd activated, and if the control sol is stuck/sluggish for cam shaft adjustment it will toss that code. There is not really a DIY way to check this W/O a scan tool showing real time parameters. If the 17 code is on top of the list the most common cause is balancer(loose, broken bolts ect) issues if the sensor is good as well.It will throw both codes pretty much all the time if one or the other parameters is not met. The cam shows on a 12.75 sec out of phase and the crank shows on a 17 sec delay being out of phase in any given drive cycle .This will play havac with the drivability as you have found out.My thoughts are running toward the sol. being stuck or sticking causing this problem.Since you've had the sensors replaced. There is the possibility of of wire harness issues although slim.
