There may be "Bolt Kits" that allow you to pivot the strut and knuckle Joint to achieve the correct angle. They are a bit limited in range, Simply because anything drastically out of whack , usually indicates bent or damaged components.
The other way is to "Slot the strut tops" by elongating the mounting holes in the body. Again, limited .....And should be performed by a Competent Alignment tech.
