'94 TBird power window

The driver's side window motor sounds to be running fine, but the window upon reaching almost up tends to stick and start clicking. I can assist by pushing up by hand. When it starts clicking the motor sounds like it's running full speed.

Could this have somethig to do with those three plastic spacers that sit behind the motor gear?

Not long after, the passenger window is starting to show signs of the same issue though not quite bad yet.

Yes. You have to pull the inner door panels on both doors so you can get in there to see whats going on. While the panels are off, pulling both regulators and lubricating them with white lithium grease (or wheel bearing grease) would be a good idea. Don't try to lubricate the regulators while they are still attached to the door skin. You won't be able to adequately lubricate the outer side of the regulator, and that side is critical. That's why I'm telling you to pull the regulators to lubricate them.

BTW? What was outcome of your "brake booster issues"?

Replaced the booster with another one, and it worked great. So had to have been a lame booster part.

The car is in great shape and low miles for 1994 (just went over 80k original) but at the same time it is old and there's little things crapping out on it. Still haven't isolated the poor idleing in gear issue.

Just gonna attack one thing at a time. Right now it's now the aggravating problem of the power windows.
