Question 1996 Ford Taurus Radiator Fan trouble

The radiator fan always operates, just turn on the key switch.
I don't know if this car has a relay fan, and where is located.

Yes, there will be a relay involved. The circuit will also run through the PCM that will use engine coolant temperature (among other things) via the temp sensor as a criteria for running the fan. Wiring diagram is available on Auto Zone's site, although it's probably not going to be very good at giving the actual component locations.

Quoting a post from another forum on the subject:

"The fan relay is located in the CCM module that is attached to the top of the radiator support."

That may or may not apply to your exact year/model Taurus.
