Timing Belt

I am replacing the timing belt on an '03 V6 Highlander. Should I consider replacing anything else while I'm in there? I figured the water pump but was wondering if there was anything else to consider.

highlander parts to replace

I would replace the belt.
Also might think about the auto tension pulley pending on miles.

Gates (and probably others) sell a "kit" that contains the timing belt plus tensioner pulley and spring(s). You could go all out and replace things like cam seals, but generally the belt, water pump and tensioner covers the important stuff.
