1993 plymouth grand voyager

left front hub and wheel steaming hot, no pull left or right will not move when in drive at full stop. cooled down with water to get moving again brakes are good,brake line is good,

Need to see it to help you more its either brake drag or needs a wheel hub

I'm willing to bet it's the rubber brake hose that goes from the steel line to the caliper. They tend to collapse internally, and it may look fine from the outside, but have a restriction on the inside due to it collapsing. It could also be the caliper sticking, but that's rare.
