jeep tail lights.

hey. i recently purchased a 1993 jeep cherokee thats in pretty rough condition. the left brake lights, blinkers and reverse lights all don't work. i took a look at the sockets and the wiring and discovered that they are caked with mud and that the sockets are rusted to hell. can i fix this myself? i don't know much about cars but i know i bit about electrical work and if the problem is isolated to the sockets i feel like it may be do-able.

I don't know specifically what your fixtures look like, but I'll venture a guess that they would be very DIY-able to fix and for the most part, pretty cheaply. Sometimes the hardest part is getting things disassembled to the point of being able to work on them.
