You'll need to translate "mot". I'm guessing that would be an annual safety inspection?

Offside wheel hub I'm assuming is passenger-side wheel hub, i.e. bearing or associated parts.

If you give us a year/make/model someone will be able to give you some guidance. Could be as easy as removing a cotter pin and snugging up a loose axle nut or more involved like replacing bearings or entire hub assemblies.

Okay, for the benefit of other members, here's the MOT Test:

Pretty comprehensive safety inspection from the look of it.

Just remember when you give advice on this, the "passenger" side is really where we drive. Never understood why they like to drive on the wrong side of the road, but to each his own, I say!
I used to rebuild British sports cars in my much younger years. Very difficult to get used to "bonnet" "lid" "whilst holding...." "cubby box". We had to translate English to English.
