Left Turn Signal Light not working on a 2000 Ford Windstar

My left turnsignal is not working. I replaced the connector and I know that the socket is working because I checked it on the right side. I checked the fuse but am wondering if it could be a relay that is out. If it is the wiring where can I find a schematic for that? Does anyone have any ideas? I'm going crazy wondering what it might be

More info would be helpful. Is this a combined running light/turn signal or a brake/turn? Do the brake/running lights work? Do the 4 way flashers work? Did you replace the bulb with new or swap right to left? Is it both front and rear?
