Grand Cherokee AC Heater fail

I set the heater in maximum but the air feels not hot just a little warm. The blower, and the thermostat are ok.
Everything looks ok.

Back flush the heater core, then refill and make sure there is no air in the system. May also be a bit clogged up.....that's a lot more work to try and clean it out.

Is the air flow strong? Does it increase with each setting from low to hi?

I would follow Gunguy45's suggestion, as that could very well be the issue, but can you also confirm that the coolant is reaching normal operating temperature when you say that the thermostat is OK? What kind of vehicle do you have and how old and how many miles?
