Battery Care during Storage

I have a 2012 Chevy Traverse which will be stored for 12 weeks. Should I disconnect the negative battery cable or should I use a Battery Tender to maintain the battery? What other options would you suggest?

Ken, the only problem with pulling the battery is all your memory items may be affected. Of course you can reset them. I would use a trickle charger for the 12 weeks. They even make them in solar.
