99 Grand Voyager,

I have a 1999 Plymouth Grand voyager with the following problems. The plugs turn black, blows black smoke, and acts like it is choking when you drive it and will stall. Changed the fuel pump and filter.

Did you pull the codes? The computer is telling it to run rich for some unknown reason. Possibly a temperature sensor.

O2 sensor can do that, too, but should light up the check engine light.
