2005 ford 500

when starting it takes time to go to high idle.10to15 sec.bearly runs

You're gonna have to give more information than that. Is it a Power Choke or gasser? What is "high idle"? What is "bearly runs"?

Really could be a number of different things. So that the most accurate repair information can be posted for you answer below.

What's the vehicle mileage?
What error codes are set?

Have you RULED OUT?

Cylinder misfires?
Ignition misfires?
Ambient air issues?
Vacuum leaks?
Cylinder compression issues?
Issues with fuel delivery (aka PSI)?
Issues with fuel regulation?

Ah, I see it may not be an F-500, but a car. Cool.
