Sticking choke

I have 85 ford f250 460 elderbrock 600 and the choke sticks open. So i always have to push it down in the cold mornings or it is really hard to start. Any help?

Welcome to the forums Jason!

You can replace the automatic choke or what I've done is disconnect it and install a manual choke. I don't know if automatic chokes can be adjusted but some of the others might have better advice for you.

Use carb/choke cleaner on the linkage.
Remove the plastic choke housing, clean in there
Something is binding
