1987 Ford Econoline Van (5.0L V8)

Accelerates fine on open road but stalls at stopping. Jerks at slow speeds. Have to step on gas to keep it running when starting. Assume it has something to do with the throttle body. Any insight/suggestions appreciated.

Got it figured out. It is the idle air control valve. Apparently there was a recall. Replacement part through Ford is about $70.

Seems my son's wife likes to take tight right hand corners, bumping into concrete things in a parking garage, twice! 3 issues: 1) Outside door latch doesn't work, but does work from the inside. 2) Electric window doesn't work from the door switch but DOES work from driver's door. 3) Smallish dent (hope we can pop it out) [IMG]http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c98/Oriley/DoorPanel_zps8ad2abb1.jpg[/IMG] Is that white stuff foam or something we can remove? Son thinks a rod or whatever may have come off to the outside door handle.
