2000 Honda Odyssey spins but won't start please help

When I first start my van it starts just fine but if I drive it and turn it off it just spins and won't start. I wait a minute and try again it spins the finally starts. What could be wrong? It's my only means of transportation I need help please. Thanks

Likely an ignition problem. You've got an electrical/electronic component that is beginning to fail. When the vehicle sits for a minute after turning it off it reaches the highest temperatures under the hood. After cooling for a bit it restarts. Unfortunately these can be difficult to track down. Check back and maybe one of our Honda fanciers will be able to point you toward most common failure items.

Honda No Start? POSSIBLE Main Relay - EricTheCarGuy - YouTube

I think they finally rid of main relays, due to their proverbial anecdotal cause for ongoing issues. Fortunately, cheap and quite easy to replace.
