Does a 2000 Dodge Ram with 5.2 Liter have a Mass Air Flow Sensor?

I recently had my car fixed and it was a Mass Air Flow Sensor being dirty. So I thought if the car's what dirty, and now it runs like new, then perhaps my Dodge truck would get better gas mileage if this was dirty on it also! Just hoping I guess?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Roger

Yes, it has one. Look at parts on Autozone.com for your vehicle. Probably right on the hoses for the air intake. Some people change them regularly at 40 or 50k miles, from what I read. Not sure if there is a way to test them, but carefully removing and cleaning with a spray MAF cleaner shouldn't hurt. DON'T brush it or use regular carb cleaner. Doubt you'll see a huge difference unless it was faulty.

Bad or dirty MAF will throw CEL with according trouble code. Do you have any of that?
