Drip-Marks after having Spray-Painted in flront of the car

Hello:
There are several scratch-marks right in front of the car and I painted them by using 'Spray Paint/automobile' from Auto-Zone. The color of paint is 'classic metal/very light-gray. The problem is that there are 'drip-marks' all below that area, because I just forgot to put 'masking-tape' beflore spray-painted not to get drip-marks.

My question is;
Is there any way to camoflage, ... at least not conspicous to show drip-marks where I did spray-paint?

Thank for any help in advance.

Would it show up in a pic?

Is the area below painted the same color? If it's unpainted metal a solvent might help with removing the drips. Having a hard time trying to figure out just what you have going on

It sounds like you sagged the paint.
You'll likely have to sand the sags and repaint the area.
Do light coats so it doesn't sag.

Yep, he is right^^^^.
But now you have to wait for at least few days, hot preferably, for paint cure well enough, before sanding. Don't attempt this on fresh paint.
You did sand and prime before over spraying, right? As if you didn't, it'll flow off the original paint.

Priming isn't always necessary but sanding and cleaning the substrate with a solvent is!!
Usually 72 hrs is the minimum cure time enamel paints, lacquers can often be sanded after a few hours.
