Squeaking noise when reversing out of driveway and wheel turned all the way?

When reversing out of the driveway, as I hit the bump connecting the driveway to the road with the wheel turned all the way there is a squeaking noise that's consistent with the motion of the car (squeaks as the shocks move up and down). It doesn't seem to happen while driving normally (either I don't hear it, or more likely I never have to turn the wheel all the way in normal conditions). What could be the problem?

1) If it's a front wheel drive car...... possibly a CV joint.
2) The tire is hitting something.
3) The shock piston seal is dry.

time for brakes. the wear indicators are touching the rotor. tight turns shift stuff around to take the fraction of an inch and make them touch.

I don't know how you expect to get an answer to your question when you don't even tell us what year/make/model of car you are talking about.

Amazing.
