Okay, so new bearings are $25 each. Not bad at all, and I'll re-use the original seats and mounts. SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., R. FR./FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER (1) for 2008 Acura MDX

While you are at it, I'd replace the rubber cushions under the springs as well. Assuming you have them.

on each corner of car, push down hard and let go,did it come up & stay or go down & up another time?? if it didn't stay, the strut is weak and can cause the rocking

3 and 4 was what I meant. One is L one is R.

Gotcha.

I tried the push test and it was inconclusive. I couldn't get a good grip on the fender so I neee to try again. I can't imagine what else it could be. It does feel better since doing the rears.

If you can't grip fender, open door, stand on door step, and rock car, holding to roof rack or upper door jam portion.
