2001 Buick LeSabre Limited AC questions

Occasionally having to buy one of the R-134a refrigerant refill cans - I was wondering what is the capacity of AC System on the Buick and second question what is the purpose of R-134a PAG 150 Refrigerant Oil and since it comes in 8oz can non-aerosol - How do you get it into the system?

Is any of the stuff advertised for AC Stop Leak any good for case such as mine where it took most of 2 years for the AC to drain down to where I'm not getting any cold air out of the system?

Thanks,

Normally oil is not added unless it's a complete recharge or a replacement of the compressor.

The capacity of the system is listed on a tag under the hood.

I've never seen that leak sealer refrigerant work...... at all.
