Can you use the pink antifreeze for homes and RVs as screenwash in a vehicle?

Nor would I hold onto it for use in a vehicle, so, unless you are planning on winterizing your home or RV, I would take it back and exchange it for the right product.

For washing?
Antifreeze is very oily. I did this mistake once, added it to washer canister to "prevent from icing". Took us solid few hrs later to clean windshield and drain all that stuff out and refill with washer fluid.

Some pink RV antifreeze is just water & ethanol so it wouldn't be oily. Others are PG as stated. They're packaged the same and priced the same--read the label. In a warm climate the water/alc mix might be OK but there's so little alc in it that it might not work in the northern states in winter. Supposedly it won't freeze solid but it does slush and then wouldn't pump.
