No power after water soaking

Hope you guys can help. My heater was not working so I flushed the coolant, hoses and ran water through the heater coil. After that the heater blew hot air problem solved. However, I killed then tried to start it 5 minutes later (nothing, no lights gauges of any kind worked). Battery tested OK but no signs of power getting to car from battery. Any ideas whats wrong, I got water on something I shouldn't have while cleaning cooling system, but don't know what that was? It is a 1997 4.3 S10 Blazer.
Thanks

Start checking fuses under the hood.

Update

I think the soaking has somehow affected my antilock, theft device. I'm not sure how to fix it or reset it.
